John Parkes generously shared his creative vision with the group through an audio visual presentation containing humorous and poetic images punctuated by vignettes of captured time.

He also brought along examples of his work which incorporate vintage fibre, text and found objects. Separate elements are combined to give a new and very personal reinterpretation.

The “mystery box” was opened during the evening to reveal more treasures!
