Milne_Rachel

Rachel Milne studied Painting at Cardiff University in the UK, graduating in 2000.

She moved to Australia in 2013, and has shown her versatility as a painter of en plein air landscape, still life and portraiture.

In her first year in Australia she won the Singleton Portrait Prize.  Since then Rachel has been included in major art prize exhibitions including the Archibald Salon des Refuses, the Kilgour Prize, The Wynne Prize and the NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize to name but a few.

Rachel is represented by King Street Gallery on William, Sydney.

Donohue_Amanda

Amanda is an experienced printmaker of 20 years, completing her initial training at Sydney College of the Arts in 2001, where she studied printmaking, graduating with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours). In 2013 she completed a Graduate Certificate in Cross Disciplinary Art & Design at the College of Fine Arts.

Amanda attends regular workshops to develop and hone skills, exhibits frequently and teaches etching at the Newcastle Printmakers Workshop. While etching is her passion she is also interested in lino, dry point, screen printing and collagraphs. Amanda has been a member of the Newcastle Printmakers Workshop for seven years and a committee member for six.

Duffin_Leslie

Leslie Duffin has over 30 years experience in teaching in her former role as an Early Childhood Teacher, and has been teaching art to primary school children in after school classes for 20 years.

She has also facilitated more than 20 Community Art Projects around Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, working with both adults and children to beautify parks and schools.

As well as her Diploma of Teaching, Leslie holds a Certificate in Ceramics and an Advanced Diploma of Fine Art, both from Newcastle Art School (Hunter TAFE).

Leslie has won prizes in drawing, painting and ceramics.

Lehmann_Joerg

Through a comprehensive written exam measuring technical expertise, and successfully submitting work to a panel of judges for review and approval, Joerg has obtained the status of a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). This status is recognized throughout the industry and held by less than 3% of all imaging professionals.  In a similar process Joerg has obtained accreditation by the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP). He is also certified by Special Kids Photography of America (SPKA), with specific training to sensitively work with children with special needs.

Joerg has been teaching photography and studio lighting to students of all ages and levels for over 10 years.  While often holding workshops in his studio he has also taught at Golden Gate School for Professional Photography in San Francisco, the University of California Davis Craft Center, Blue Tree Studios Melbourne, TAFE Newcastle.

Joerg truly enjoys working with students and says that he also learns a lot this way.

Tilley_Lezlie

Lezlie Tilley is an award winning artist represented in major public and private collections.

She has exhibited widely having over 20 solo and 100 group exhibitions since 1983.

She has taught Colour + Design for almost 20 years at Newcastle Art School as well as painting and drawing since 1986 and has lectured at Newcastle University in painting and drawing.
